About Robert Koenig

Robert Koenig is a multiple Emmy nominated producer. Robert runs DBM's sales and marketing side. With over 15 years producing for TV, documentary and corporate production, Robert is skilled with detail and creativity. He will scope, budget and guide your project from concept to completion with care and on schedule.

Before joining DBM, Robert gained valuable experience as a producer and writer while working in creative services at major market television stations and production facilities in Florida, Georgia and Maryland. Additionally, he has been a successful freelance producer and story consultant for documentaries, commercials, and special projects. He has won numerous awards including the prestigious Artivist Award for Child Advocacy for his documentary work. Robert is an adjunct professor in The Department of Electronic Media & Film at Towson University and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

About Jackson Grove

Jackson Grove is an enthusiastic editor and multimedia specialist offering 3 years of rich experience editing video, marketing and communications programs. A skilled graphic and designer with proven ability to conceive, develop, and successfully execute creative programs that align with organizational goals. Jackson offers a strong visual sense, and expertise in editing organizational branding initiatives. Proficient in developing integrated communication programs across a broad range of channels, including advertising and marketing communications, digital and social media, public relations, and events.

About Jason Richards

Jason writes, directs and produces with quality and efficiency. With over 20 years of experience, Jason aggregates sales and productions for DBM with thoroughness and drive.

About Austin Wimberly

Nick assists DBM's productions with editing, administration and call center work. He is a very capable person who tackles every project with enthusiasm and commitment. Austin comes to DBM from the Towson Univerity intern program.

About Sherri Joyce

Sherri has been designing and illustrating for over 25 years. Graduating from Maryland Institute College of Art, she has platformed into a career of design of excellence. Sherri is now working on her masters in design.

About Lance Janocha

Lance manages DBM's production and graphic branch with accuracy, artistry, and efficiency. He consistently meets the needs of his customers and DBM's with excellent project execution. He brings eight years of experience in graphic design and web development to DBM.
